Our Process

We believe that exposure for athletes isn’t a one size fits all.  Youth players will be exposed to new competition, challenging in areas that are uncomfortable for players.  High School athletes will find exposure that is close to their “sweet spot” for a good fit in college.

How do we help you achieve your goals?  We work together.

1.       The Athlete Who Wants to Train

If you are committed to improving your gameplay, you will have a home with us. We run our practices meticulously, with precise drillwork, lesson plans, and purpose. Improvement is a process. Our coaching staff has the experience and they don’t “roll the ball out” and let the boys play; we guide our teams through the same principles that drive NCAA Division I team practices.

 2.       The Athlete Who Wants to Compete

Our staff works closely with tournament providers to identify the unique intersection of events that maximize competition, value, GROWTH, and showcasing opportunities for our players. You will be practicing with and against the most competitive players in the state, testing yourself against the best talent in the Midwest and, as you get older, proving it across a 25+ game schedule against the best players in the nation. All on film. Our players return to their school programs more confident, more experienced, and more prepared than ever before.

 3.       The Athlete Who Wants to Play in College

There are nearly 800 collegiate lacrosse programs, each one with its own, unique recruiting process. Let us help. Our coaches are deeply connected to the NCAA, MCLA and NAIA landscape and we are experienced recruiting practitioners with PROVEN results.

We are here with you every step of the way, from goal setting to target lists to highlight film creation. We help you understand NCAA compliance rules, navigate college coach communications, make sense of prospect camp invites, plan visits, and manage scholarship negotiations.

There is a reason that our players have committed to more than 40 NCAA programs.
