WHO:

High School Athletes in the 2025, 2026 and 2027 graduation class.

OBJECTIVE:

Elite lacrosse training in an exceptionally competitive environment, with a focus on collegiate-level skill and scheme mastery. Players achieve the skillset and experience necessary to become dominant high school performers as well as fully-prepared prospective collegiate student athletes. Players gather the video and in-person recruiting evaluations necessary to drive their recruiting process, and learn to narrow down their best-fit colleges.

HOW:

The 17U and 16U Elite Teams are the capstone, signature clubs in the Team Alpha program. Comprised of 2025, 2026, and 2027 graduates, this team exists to provide our players with regional and national level competition at outstanding recruiting events. Athletes will learn and apply collegiate offensive, defensive, and transition schemes while showcasing in front of nearly 350+ NCAA programs. Working with Alpha Senior Coaches, this group is hyper-focused on player development, leadership training, mental skills development, recruitment, and preparation for lacrosse at the collegiate level.
