OBJECTIVE:

National competition for the state’s best underclassmen. Elite lacrosse training in an exceptionally competitive environment, with a focus on collegiate-level skill and scheme development. Players achieve the coaching, skillset and experience necessary to become dominant high school performers, while competing at the very best recruiting showcases in the country and taking the steps towards future college play. Players gather the experience, video and in-person recruiting evaluations necessary to roadmap their strategy and begin the recruiting process.

HOW:

The 2022 Premier Team is a national-caliber collection of rising junior lacrosse players. This team exists to test our players with regional and national level competition at outstanding recruiting events. Athletes will learn and apply collegiate offensive, defensive, and transition schemes while showcasing in front of nearly 350+ NCAA programs and competing among the very best talent in the country. Working with Alpha Senior Coaches, this group is hyper-focused on player development, leadership training, mental skills development, recruitment, and preparation for championship lacrosse at both the high school and collegiate level.
